Auxiliary Police Officer (Singapore)

Singapore နိုင်ငံမှာ သွားရောက် အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်လိုတဲ့သူတိုင်း လက်မလွှတ်သင့်တဲ့ အခွင့်အရေး တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Auxiliary Police Officer အရံရဲအနေဖြင့် သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်ရမှာဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဘာကြောင့်လက်မလွှတ်သင့်တဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးလဲ?

၁ – Degree မရသေးသောလည်း English ဘာသာစကား ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများ အတွက်အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခုရှိပါတယ်။ Degree ရရှိပြီးသောသူများအနေဖြင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ တက်လမ်းတွေရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်

၂ – Technical Soft Skill လိုအပ်မှူ့မရှိခြင်း။ (Programming၊ Software Engineering, Civil Engineering, Accounting တစ်ခုခုပြီးမြောက်တတ်ကျွမ်းပြီး လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိမှ လုပ်လို့ရတဲ့အလုပ်မဟုတ်တဲ့အတွက် မည်သူမဆို အခွင့်အရေးရှိပါတယ်)

၃ – Basic လစာ 2,600 ဝန်းကျင် (သိန်း60 ကျော်လက်ရှိကာလ SGD ဈေး) အပြင် OT များပါဝင်ပါက 3,000 SGD အထက်ရရှိနိုင်သောကြောင့် လစဉ် သိန်း 100 လောက်လက်ရှိ SGD ဈေးဖြင့်ရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ (ကာလ SGD ဈေးကွဲပြားမှူ့များရှိနိုင်သောကြောင့် မိမိဘသာတွက်ယူနိုင်ပါတယ်)

၄ – Singapore နိုင်ငံ၏ လက်တလောလိုအပ်ချက်ရှိလို့ ခေါ်ယူနေခြင်းဖြစ်သောကြောင့် Process မှာလွယ်ကူပြီး အခွင့်အရေးအများကြီးရှိပါတယ်။ Project ကာလအတွင်းသာဖြစ်သောကြောင့် Project ကာလပြီးဆုံးသွားပါက ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ သင့်တော် သင့်တော် လျှောက်ထားလို့ရမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အခွင့်အရေးက 2 ခါပြန်လာမဲ့ အခွင့်အလမ်းမျိုးမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

၅ – လက်နက်ကိုင်ဆောင်ခွင့် ရမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း Singapore နိုင်ငံဟာ World Safest နိုင်ငံဖြစ်တာကြောင့် မိမိအတွက် စိုးရိမ်စရာ မရှိပါဘူး။

Job Description

Singapore နိုင်ငံတွင် အရံ ရဲ Auxiliary Police အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်လိုသူများအတွက် JD ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Armed ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် လက်နက်ကိုင်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Working  Hours/day
– 12 hours rotating shift work (Morning/Night)
– Min 240 hours/ month
– Morning shift: Earliest at 6AM

Working Location
– Island-wide Singapore

Annual Leave
– 10 days Annual Leave (Max up to 14 days)

Basic salary
– $2,610 – $3,050 (armed)
During the first 3 months for training:
– Salary $1,000 + accommodation & duty meal provided
– After 3 months training will be above basic salary

Gross salary
– $3,100

Allowances
– Other allowances up $500 (breakdown into 2 part)
– $300 – if working hours hit 264/ 288 hrs
– $200 – site allowance, subject to special site
– Additional incentive up $300

Additional notes
– Entitle when certain working hours is being fulfilled
– Shift hours will be avoiding peak hours
– Transportation is being covered for odd working hours
– Uniform Provided

Requirements
– Bachelor Degree
– Fluent English (Writing, Speaking, Reading, Listening and Numeracy)
– Physically fit
– No color blind
– No hearing defects
– No visible tattoo
– Able to work shift duties (including extended shift, weekends & public holidays)
– Min Height 1.62M (male) / 1.57m (female)
– Min Weight 54kg (male) / 45kg (female)
– BMI below 27
